Every cook has his favorite recipe and knows the best way to prepare: Roast, grilled, breaded, shredded, etc. It can also be prepared in the form of pies, drumsticks, breaded, etc.
In 2017, Brazil produced 13.056 million tons, which would fill 160 Maracanã stadiums. We are also the second largest chicken producer in the world, behind only the United States, but the first in the ranking in exports. Of the little more than 13 million tons produced in 2017, 33.1% were destined for the world market, that is, 66.9% stayed here in the domestic market, which has food as one of the favorites on the daily menu.
The data above are from the latest report released by the Brazilian Animal Protein Association (ABPA) and the Ministry of Agriculture and Supply.
So do we see the recipe?
Ingredients:
- 2 chicken breasts
- Mozzarella cheese
- Grated Parmesan cheese
- Sour cream or cream
- Tomato
- Seasonings to taste
- 2 shallow tablespoons of flour (I used manioc)
Make 4 cuts across the chicken breast, put a slice of cheese, a tomato and a seasoning of your choice, previously mixed.
Bake at 180 degrees. Roast for 30 minutes, add a little beer. Take it back to the oven until it finishes baking.
Add sour cream and grated Parmesan cheese, add a little corn and peas, two tablespoons of flour (I used the cassava, but you can use the one you prefer) and drizzle with a little more beer.
Take it back to the oven to brown.
Serve with mayonnaise salad , homemade pasta and string beans!
