“Being a Transformational Leader” is the theme of the next GoNext Herdeiros & Successores, a forum to be promoted by the GoNext corporate governance and succession consultancy, headquartered in Curitiba. The online event takes place on June 10th, starting at 8:45 am. Specialist Roberto Hirsch is the guest speaker. He is director and consultant at Instituto Opus, Master in Health and Work Psychology and professor at the MBA and postgraduate courses at the Superior School of Advertising and Marketing (ESPM), Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV/SP) and Fundação Instituto de Administration of the University of São Paulo (FIA/Usp).The performance of a leader in the organizational environment is increasingly connected with the sensations that the team has when presenting their visions for the business objectives.
