The program will be divided into nine tracks, with more than 70 speakers and 30 hours of content on topics such as humanizing relationships, the role of the CEO, diversity and inclusion, and new products in the area. Among those confirmed for the conversations are Bruno Rodrigues, director of Vertical Peopletech and CEO of GoGood; Anderson Nielson, director of Talent Management at RD Station; Carlênio Castelo Branco, CEO of Senior Sistemas SA; Guilherme Weege, CEO of the Malwee Group; Eduardo Smith, CEO of Softplan; Felipe Azevedo, president of LG Lugar de gente; Gui Marback, managing partner of Crescimentum; the organizational consultant Julia Pacheco, and Renato Navas, Head of People Science at Pulses.

The meeting will feature lectures and masterclasses open to those registered. In addition, participants will have the opportunity to participate in free mentorships, of approximately 1:30 am, to deepen their knowledge on the most relevant topics, with the possibility of asking questions and discussions with experts.

According to Bruno Rodrigues, director of Vertical Peopletech, the people management area has always had a high potential to deliver strategic value to organizations, which is why an event focused on the needs of this segment is important. “With the growing advancement of technology, especially in a period of pandemic, we can observe the transformation of relationships and work models. In this context, the proposal is to open a dialogue with the main exponents of innovation in people management, sharing references and learning for a market with more results from people”, he says.
