Among the opportunities, more than 50% are destined for technology areas, in addition to positions for the operations, business, legal teams, among others.
The N26 Brazil, who was born to promote financial health, will open about 300 jobs in 2022 to set up the team responsible for inaugurating the first fincare the country. More than 50% of the positions will be allocated to technology and product professionals, in addition to opportunities for the operations, customer service, people, compliance, marketing teams, among others.
After boosting the banking revolution in Europe and becoming the best bank in the world according to Forbes magazine in 2021, the startup arrived in Brazil with a local and independent operation. For this, the objective is to assemble a team that works by uniting the innovative DNA of N26 with the particularities of the country. Currently, the team already has more than 60 professionals. With the expansion projected for the next year, it aims to grow the team by 400%.
“The first generation of fintechs did an excellent job of democratizing access to financial services, while fincares come to help people make better decisions with money. For all this to be possible, we will need people committed to improving the lives of Brazilians”, says Joice Garcia, human resources manager at fincare.
Among the open positions, more than half will be allocated to the technology area. Of the total, 40% are for software engineering, data specialists and designers; while 12% are product focused (PMs and agilists). Another 10% will go to the internal Operations and Customer Service team.
Those in the finance, people and legal areas – including compliance, anti-fraud and AML – can also take up the challenge, as these opportunities correspond to 15% of the contraction scenario. Another 8% will go to marketing personnel. Finally, 16% contemplated positions in the business and leadership areas.
