Votorantim Cimentos, a construction materials and sustainable solutions company, launches a Talent Bank to register technical and university professionals interested in working at its factory in Vidal Ramos. The city is located 180 km from Florianópolis, capital of the state.

When registering the curriculum, the person is considered according to their profile in future job vacancies in the Santa Catarina unit. The Votorantim Cimentos de Vidal Ramos Talent Bank seeks technical and technical professionals in the areas of Mining, Mechanical, Chemical, Mechanical or Electrical, as well as engineers and engineers in the Mining, Electrical, Mechanical, Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance and related segments. And there is also interest in mobile machine operators with high school diplomas.

The application is mainly aimed at people from Santa Catarina willing to take care of the day-to-day responsibilities of the factory and it is expected that the person is willing to live close to the site. The curriculum registration for future opportunities at the Votorantim Cimentos de Vidal Ramos factory must be carried out on the page according to the candidate’s professional profile, which are divided into seven areas:
