Most companies of the future will be technology and education, says expert

Company-school is a kind of strategic umbrella for the development of stakeholders

A survey carried out with more than 200 executives and Human Resources leaders during HR First Class, one of the largest events for heads of HR in Brazil, revealed that the majority (73%) believe that corporate education brings benefits not only to employees, but for the entire business ecosystem – customers, investors, suppliers and society itself.

In this sense, most companies of the future will have   technology and education as their core business. By offering educational solutions, such as e-learning, the corporation manages to nurture the culture of continuous learning for its market niche and helps in the professional development of the individual, making him more productive, prepared and cohesive. This is what specialist Filipe Bento, Human Resources Development coach and founder of Br24 says – a startup focused on digital transformation and solutions that automate processes and drive business growth.

“The corporations that succeed will be those able to share knowledge with their stakeholders – from employees to consumers. In this sense, the consumer wins by having knowledge and organization at hand, by generating value, innovation and sustainability”, explains Bento.

Example

One of Br24’s strategies has been to offer training courses on Bitrix24. That is, instead of just selling the solution to customers, it connects them closer to the brand, offering knowledge so that they can fully use the tool.

At first, the courses offered are exclusive and complete on Bitrix24, a global management, CRM and marketing platform. The trainings are developed so that the clients have full command over the platform and that the available resources are 100% implemented in the company or for the provision of services in consultancy and business assistance.

All courses are conducted by Bitrix24 experts, who manage the platform on a day-to-day basis. At the end, the student receives official certification. The idea is that, upon completion of the course, students will use the entire journey of knowledge to improve sales, increase productivity and more promising results in the business.

The educational solutions offered range from the basics of the platform to the application of more advanced features. In the “Fundamentals of Bitrix24” training, for example, the customer learns to customize menus, use workgroups, create smart calendars and manage files on the platform’s drive.

In order to offer the platform’s exclusive training, it took a lot of determination and preparation. Filipe has always believed that education is the way to empower people. That’s when, in 2016, with his team, he started producing diverse and free content about Bitrix24. With the training, the goal was to give customers autonomy to use all the platform’s resources to solve different company problems and focus on results.

It’s a lot of rich and complete information that the user finds on YouTube, on the website. From videos, articles, demos, quick online courses, to paid training. Our greatest motivation is to see companies and people evolve, grow in their ideals. Bitrix24 is a means for this growth, but our young, cheerful and dedicated team is what brings the energy for this recipe to work. That’s where our differential lives”, he says.

Recognition

All the training work carried out by Br24 has borne fruit. In 2019, Filipe received an invitation from Bitrix24 to conduct training in Europe, telling the successful case and how the platform is being widespread and revolutionary in companies in Brazil.

On the occasion, the representative was the only one, among the 18 thousand partners, to receive the training license with Bitrix24 certification, the result of the work built eight years ago.

In 2020, the company was awarded in the “Best Cloud Seller” category as the largest sellers of cloud solutions, and the special certification of “Trainer Partner Bitrix24 Latin America”, as an exclusive reference in content and training in the Portuguese version for the platform.

Success story

When GVN Corretores implemented Bitrix24, the biggest challenge was to engage the team and deal with disruptions in the process. It was when he found out about the Br24 courses. In less than 20 days, in addition to engaging the team, the company was also able to track and predict disruptions, optimize the commercial team, facilitate management and  onboarding , generate customer engagement and provide an experience in which customers see themselves at all times within the process. “Now our only challenge is to find human resources to continue scaling up our operations”, adds Bruno Valadão, Marketing analyst and CRM manager.

The training available at  Br24 Academy  ranges from the most basic to the most advanced, with more practical content and others that are more dense. “Our training is aimed not only at in-depth knowledge of Bitrix24, but at those who need to use it as a query base for different business segments. Through them, it is possible to apply best practices and see work scenarios that promote the growth of companies at the highest level of efficiency”, adds Filipe.

In addition to investing in education, Br24 also bets on events as a networking strategy and as a thermometer to understand how the platform has made a difference in the operation and management of companies. In October of this year, the Meetup was held in the city of Florianópolis (SC), which was attended by users, interested parties, enthusiasts and partners of the Bitrix24 platform in Brazil. “The goal now is to resume investments in face-to-face events to publicize more about real cases with the Bitrix24 platform combined with Br24 solutions”, concludes Bento.
